SALAD
Bib Lettuce Salad with Strawberries - White balsamic vinaigrette (oil Free)
candied walnuts and sliced strawberries.

MAIN COURSE
Whole roasted rosemary flavored Cornish Game Hens (about 6oz) served
on a bed of organic wild rice and a medley of roasted vegetables.

DESSERT
Double chocolate mousse cake, one layer of chocolate chiffon, one layer of
dark and one layer of milk chocolate, with a poured ganache finish with
chocolate-hazelnut curls.
